Kleinmond’s Stormers Superfans
Kleinmond residents Riette and Kobus Koegelenberg are no ordinary DHL Stormer fans. Their home and car have been turned into Stormer shrines. The couple attended every single home game – 199 consecutive games - until the COVID-19 pandemic struck in March 2020. This coming Saturday, 27 November, they will finally get to their double century as the DHL Stormers take on Zebre Parma in the Vodacom United Rugby Champions in front of 2000 spectators. Riette said “We are so excited; we will be there in our kit sitting with the Stormtroopers”....

On 21 October 1921 the first title deed for Gansbaai was registered, marking the official start of this coastal village. Activity in the region points to life prior this. The Danger Point Lighthouse is 120 years old while Gansbaai Primary established 115 years ago. Research has it that Erf 10 was the first property to be recorded on the Gansbaai property listing.
