The Overstrand’s Cape Whale Coast western aspect flows to and from the Cape Town metropole and the eastern aspect leads to and from Africa’s Southern most point. Cape Agulhas, and futher east from there to the Garden Route. To the North is the rest of the Overberg towns which lay in relatively to close proximity, making them ideal for day visit whilst based in Cape Whale Coast. The Southern border gives the area its touris route name: Cape Whale Coast.
