Rotary Way Lookout

Rotary Drive takes visitors to a lookout point which provides panoramic views of Hermanus, surrounding villages and the Walker Bay expanse. The turnoff to Rotary Drive is well marked on the side of Mount Pleasant where a tarmac road leads up to the top of the mountain and the lookout where visitors can park and take in the scenic beauty, have a general orientation of the lay of the land and enjoy whale watching from June to November.

Walker Bay ocean views are flanked with that of agricultural landscapes provided by the vineyards of Hemel-en-Aarde. A view that many happy holiday memories are made off.
