Women of the Overberg: Lesley Cornelise
Lesley is the Senior Sous Chef at The Marine Hotel Hermanus. She has been in this position for 18 years and has worked with many talented staff and certainly knows the drill in the kitchen. Lesley is an outdoor enthusiast and loves nothing better than hiking in the Hermanus mountains.
