Local restaurant scooped up a prestigious international award
Our little Hermanus gem, Perlemoen, has just been recognized as a ‘World Hidden Gem’ with a La Liste award announced at a gala dinner in Paris, France. In the short time since opening their doors at the bottom of Hermanus Old Harbour in April this year Perlemoen has entered the big league to be acknowledged as the only restaurant on the African continent to make this list.
Well done Jannie and team! Our hearts beat with pride as you confirmed our UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy status.
