The past 18 months has been challenging for the hospitality industry to say the least. Travel and tourism looked different to what we were used to. The trend changed from South Africans taking international flights to exploring towns closer to home. We’ve become reliant on domestic travellers hitting the open road, taking to the great outdoors. One thing that remained the same was that travel choices rely on the opinion of others as we wish to make the most of our journeys and the time out.
